About Nathalie

Most people call me Nat. I am passionate about pretty much anything that has to do with nutrition and cooking, and I love learning about food. My favorite meal? An all-dressed burger with peanut butter – yes, peanut butter!! With beet salad on the side - simply delicious! Or how about a bowl of fall harvest soup or a chocolaty banana-peanut butter muesli. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! By the way, I love chocolate! And I eat it too (in moderation of course)!

I am a dietitian and I believe in the benefits of healthy eating, but I especially believe that we should enjoy the foods we eat. I do not believe in restrictive diets, nor in forbidden foods. I believe in a balanced diet that includes wholesome foods. I believe we should choose foods for what they do provide and not for what they don't provide. I believe that all, yes ALL foods have a place in a healthy diet (unless a medical condition prevents their consumption). I believe that eating is one of life’s greatest pleasures, and that cooking foods in their simplest form allows us to reap their greatest benefits.
